Prime Associates was entrusted with the design of an additional floor above an existing G+2 bungalow at New Sangvi, Pune. The client’s requirement was to retain all major architectural elements of the existing structure while introducing a modern design for the new floor using ACP panels.
The solution ensured harmony between the old and new construction, while enhancing the bungalow’s aesthetics with a contemporary look.
