Prime Associates played a pivotal role as the Project Management Consultant (PMC) for the development of this large-scale industrial project. The factory building, spanning approximately 1,50,000 sq. ft., was designed and executed to meet the high standards of a renowned brand.
Our scope included complete construction and development management, along with the execution of parking shades and ancillary civil works. Since 2014, we have been actively involved in delivering quality and ensuring smooth project progress through effective planning, coordination, and execution.
